So it got me wondering, what is the weight of my professional camera, with the flash attached and batteries installed. And it comes out at a whopping 2.3kg. On my small frame, that’s quite significant!
Which is why I’ve decided it’s time I started lifting a few weights during the week, so that come the weekend when most of my shoots are scheduled, holding the camera will be a walk in the park. It won’t be anything quite like the weights my husbands lifts! But it will certainly help me to keep my body conditioned.
